Just like you, we’re customer-centric. So, naturally the centerpiece of our proposal to Amazon is a 200-acre campus in the heart of our waterfront city.  Your campus and our urban core will become one, a relationship no other city can offer.

Development-prepped land nestled between our established office district and our NFL stadium and amphitheater will be conveyed to Amazon at no cost.

From your home in our city’s center, innovative public transportation will take your employees to nearby neighborhoods, cultural and entertainment venues and, of course, our miles of beaches.

Amazon and its employees have the opportunity to grow with our upstart downtown and emerging city of waterways and parkland.  Whether your people want to surf the Atlantic Ocean before work or take a leadership role in how we shape our future through civic engagement, they can do it in Jacksonville. Here, the river, ocean, preserves and the Intracoastal Waterway have shaped our DNA and a forward-thinking culture of health and wellness.

The downtown campus will be a magnet for the 700,000+ students attending local colleges and universities, including Florida’s three largest universities and nearby Georgia colleges and universities, all within a 200-mile radius.  For fiber connectivity, our Network Access Point is the only subsea cable landing between South Florida and New Jersey and has all the speed you need – and more.

All of this is available in one of the most cost-competitive major metros in the United States.
